Entry #6 Through my Lens

Photography to me is more than just a click, It's more about capturing forever moments. I use to go to the mountains and take random pictures of the sunset, or at family parties I would take pictures of everyone, in general I would take pictures of anything that stood out to me or that looked pretty. As I started to do it more as a hobby I realized that every photo that was taken there was a story that was told.

One of my favorite things about photography is enjoying the moment. When the sunset is perfect, When the sun is hitting the right spot, when the light hits someone's face or how beautiful the sky looks in the back, and the noise the camera makes when you press click to capture the moment . Photography helps me slow down and life in the moment and cherish it. I love seeing people happy when I capture a memory that they now get to keep and remember forever. Photography can be a moment, but also a moment where you get to connect with other people and build that bond that will keep them coming back. They aren't just pictures, but symbols of love and treasure moments.

Overall Photography has become more than just a hobby for me. It's something that brings me joy and helps me appreciate a little more. A picture can tell a story without needing a caption. It's a reminder that even the smallest moments can be beautiful and worth remembering.

    1. It is great how you describe photography as a tool for slowing down, especially the way you value the "story" behind a shot rather than just the image itself. Your focus on the connection between the photographer and the subject really highlights how a simple click can turn a fleeting moment into a lasting symbol of love.

    2. I really like how you described photography as more than just taking pictures. The idea that every photo tells a story stood out to me because it shows how meaningful those moments can be. I also liked how you mentioned that photography helps you slow down and enjoy what’s happening around you. In a fast paced world, that’s something a lot of people forget to do. Overall, your post made me think about photography in a deeper way, not just as pictures but as a way to capture important memories.
